Registration takes place on a web-based registration system called ACTIVE Network. If you have used ACTIVE in the past to register for Summer Explorations or Collegiate Enrichment Academy, please use the same account that is linked to your email. Please do not set up multiple accounts. If you forgot your password, you can reset it according to the instructions.

For questions regarding the ACTIVE registration platform, please contact the ACTIVE customer support line at (877) 228-4881. They are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST.

The ACTIVE Network provides a secure site for each user account. The parent portal provides access to each user's account information including enrollment history, payment plans, balance, and printable receipts for all transactions. You can access the parent portal here by clicking "Register" below.

How do I register for CEA Classes?
Hoping to register for CEA classes? Here are several helpful hints that will make your registration easier. Use age/grade/level filter OR session type filters to see all classes available. You may use only one type of filter at one time.

Where do I find classes for Great Beginnings and Preschool students?
Great Beginnings and Preschool classes (ages 3-4) are included in the "Pre-School" category.

What web browser may I use to register on the ACTIVE platform?
This system is fully tested to work properly on Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome. We find that desktop versions tend to work best for registration on this platform.

My browser timed out. Is there any way to stop that from happening?
For security reasons, all of the registration form pages on ACTIVE.com have pre-set time limits for completion. Here is some guidance that should make your time in ACTIVE (our registration platform) more smooth.

  1. There is a time limit of 60 minutes of inactivity for the registration form, but if you move your mouse, click on the screen, or type, the timer will restart.

  2. There is a time limit of 15 minutes to complete check-out. You have 15 minutes to finish once you hit the check-out page.

  3. If you are having trouble you may call the ACTIVE customer support line 1-877-228-4881 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday.
